things symbolize our way of life more than our harbours. As an integral piece of our local economy and primary economic generator,
they need to be productive, efficient and well manage operations. We are faced with the challenge of being squeezed on all

of life and is a constant reminder of the moods of change.
HACSI is determined to help our Island take its rightful place as a thriving front-runner
in the local economy.
